It was a nice day. Well, on weather terms, anyways... The day wasn't very nice for Ivan, who had just received a failing score on a test he'd studied all night for. He was angry, muttering things to himself, staring at the ground. The surroundings weren't included in his thoughts, apparently, because soon enough, he bumped directly into someone. He fell, landing on his bottom, blinking. He looked up at the person he'd bumped into. A short boy, probably no less than a year younger than himself. His face flushed. People made him nervous. Especially attractive people. Boys, too. Now look at what you've done. Stuttering, he apologized, looking off to the side. "S-Sorry. I wasn't looking."

Alec: In hind sight, looking over your chemistry notes while walking probably wasn't a good idea. Though, after remembering he had a test today that he'd had no time to study for the previous night thanks to a track meet, his eyes were all but glued to his notes as he trudged along. His silent cursing due his failure to take proper notes was interrupted by a surprised yelp when he made contact with someone, falling to the ground in front of them. The brunette huffed in annoyance, fixing the beanie that had fallen over his eyes. "It's fine, I wasn't really paying attention, either,"he said awkwardly, rubbing his knee. "You okay?"
